2. Custom Gifts & Other Products

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for items simply because of a color, layout preference, or submitted typo.

Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged (crushed, torn, or defective), report the issue within 5 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

Manufacturing Defects: If a product is printed incorrectly or produced with the wrong specifications, we will offer a replacement or reprint at no cost.
